Our Services at American Acrylics

American Acrylics offers terrific services in producing quality machined parts. We cut acrylic, acrylic mirror, Plexiglass, Lucite both cast & extruded plastics as well as styrene, styrene mirror & polypropylene.

With our production panel saw and our two Powermatic table saws, we cut custom orders to size. We provide various edge finishing styles, drill and countersink, and offer either a buffed or flame polished finish to make that edge shine.

We own and operate two laser cutting systems with great high production capabilities. Using our Cad/Cam software, we can cut the most intricate parts with amazing results.

Parts nesting software allows us to utilize virtually every inch of material to minimize waste. We are very eco-friendly and recycle all of our waste.

Do you have material specifications? Expand

Yes. For 40 years we have been an authorized distributor for Evonik CYRO Industries and Plaskolite Industries. Please see the links to both suppliers for any and all products and material specifications and or certifications.

How do you ship your products Expand

Our sheet products typically ship on 4 x 8 foot pallets. Styrene mirror sheets 4 x 8 foot can be rolled up and boxed, maxim 5 sheets per box, for shipping By UPS. Laser cut parts depending on the part size can ship via UPS or they are boxed and skidded for LTL shipping. Some Fabricated parts and cut to size parts require custom packaging.

Do you ship internationally Expand

Of course, We ship to Canada, Mexico, China, Iceland, UK and Europe. However most of our international customers arrange there own shipping.

Will you cut a customers material? Expand

We prefer to supply our materials but we have and will cut customer supplied materials.

Can we arrange our own shipping. Expand It is fine if you prefer to arrange your own shipping. A handling charge is added to the order to cover the cost of packaging. Please note packaging pricing is not included in our parts cost unless requested.
